"After nearly two years of trying to get our patio awning fixed we have now had success. The problem was the remote control would only open or fully close the awning. | was advised by the company we purchased it from to re programme the remote control. This did not work and as they were out of the area and the awning was nine years old they would not come to fix it. | tried various other companies and most said they did not repair other company products or did not turn up for appointments. | saw an Easycare Blinds van at a house near me and asked Aaron if he would be willing to help. He came a week later as promised and found as well as the remote being faulty the motor was noisy. He ordered the new motor and remote control and less than two weeks later, we now have a good as new awning which runs much quieter and smoother than before. We cannot thank him enough. Highly recommended."
